“Get More Ecwid by Lightspeed Sales And Traffic”

When setting up your Ecwid by Lightspeed Affiliate Program or if you have new things to set up you can always get assistance from our support specialists right from the admin dashboard. Here are the steps taken in order to choose what type of support assistance you want: 

Step 1. From the Dashboard, click "Free 1-On-1 Help".

Step 2. If you want to get a Demo Setup by a Support Specialist, under the "Help Center" click"Schedule Meeting With Support Team".

Step 3. Select the Time zone and Date & time that you prefer. The Specialist will call you for a live demo of the Affiliate Software.

Step 4. If you need a free setup to integrate the software with your website, click on "Request Software Integration".

Step 5. On the following page, fill out the form below and click the arrow sign to submit.

Step 6. Click on "Submit a Help Desk Ticket".

Step 7. On the following page, to submit a ticket, click on "New Support Ticket".

Step 8. To get an article with set of instructions, click on "View Knowledgebase".

Step 9. The following page appears as below. You can search for an article or pick one if available.
